Feel gooder: Born this Way

I caught a few minutes of the Bert Show this morning while I was getting ready for work, and I'm so glad I did. Jenn Hobby was in the middle of her Entertainment Buzz report and was talking about this little songbird and her brush with fame. She mentioned that the videos would be posted on the Bert Show website, so I made a mental note to check it out. They are pretty self explanatory, so I don't think you need anymore of a set-up:

I go back and forth on Lady Gaga. She did do a collabo (that's collaboration in music biz speak) with my boys and opened for them for a while, so that does score some points for her in my world. I definitely don't get it a lot of the time (an egg??? seriously???), and this song does sound an awful lot like Madonna's 'Express Yourself'. All of that being said, this little girl has got some PIPES, and I LOVE the absolute shock and joy that she shows in the 2nd video when she realizes who is on the other end of the phone. 

What can I say? I'm a sucker for talented kids.
