SEC West Champions for the first time since 2004!!! Feels really good!

It has been such a fun year, and the atmosphere on The Plains this past Saturday was as AUsome as I've ever seen it. And YES, that includes 1989. I am proud of my school and our fans for coming together over all of this silliness in the press. The Auburn Family was out in full force on Saturday, and I was/am proud to be a part of it!

We have our toughest challenge yet against bammer in two weeks. The Iron Bowl is always bananas, but I have a feeling this one will be WILD even by Iron Bowl standards. The ticket situation is not looking good for Dude and me. I'd have to take out a 2nd mortgage for just one ticket, it seems. That's ok, though. I probably shouldn't be out in public for that anyway.

Princess Slippers

Is there anything better than hearing a little voice say your name followed by "I love you"? I think not.

This is a voicemail that I got from my niece last week. She has previously been known as Munchkin #3, but since her brother's handle is "The Prince", I think that it is only appropriate that she should heretofore be referred to as "Princess". She obviously has the requisite footwear (and they light up too, by the way).

So without further ado...

I gave those slippers to Princess LAST Christmas, and Aunt Amy "loves so much" that she still loves them so much! You are so welcome, sweet girl.
